The 21st century has a complicated job-market scenario. Stable career paths are disappearing. You need an Understanding of the market forces and more importantly of your own abilities. This Understanding emerges when you witness the process of an organization. Therefore, an entrepreneur is usually preferred over a complete newbie.
Entrepreneurship journey gets you the Understanding. So, good ideas are better pursued, irrespective of the risk-factors! But, ideas don't always find you. Even if they do, they could be too fuzzy. Also, execution is practical only if they are well conceived. An idea evolves and emerges, surpassing all these barriers.
Sciensation had begun the journey in 2011. We are now marching towards new frontiers, armed with more resources and the company of passionate individuals. A war-general would tell you that fresh legs inject the much needed enthusiasm and energy. Lack of experience could be a strength, for the freshers can do the risk-taking with ease. Hence, we constantly strive to bring in such energy into the team, all along the way.
